“My best guess? Hedge funds got a hold of $STRC, shorted it down and caused a leverage cascade, will buy the lows, capture the upside and yield. Tale as old as time.”
“"I have no reason to think this is the bottom. I think by the end of Q3 we've definitely hit the bottom and are turning back around. The idea that the four year cycle was dead is overstated" Alex Miller on how he's viewing the market "I don't really care what the market does in the next six months. It doesn't affect what I do because I learned long ago that I do not know how to time the market. I'm not an active trader" "I have no reason to think this is the bottom. I don't buy into the argument that there's some structural thing going on right now that makes the 65, 58 we had last week, the 64 we're at now, the bottom of the market. Macro things can happen"”
“"We have a pump and dump contagion that I fully expect is going to continue. A month ago it was just Bitcoin and natural gas. Now it's gold, silver, platinum, palladium, and corn" Mike on why there's no hope for crypto until the stock market breaks "The list is getting longer every day. The bottom line for most of those markets to stay up, most notably Bitcoin, is the stock market has to stay up" "We are talking about the spaces with excess supply. There's a bit of a blip with crude oil in the Middle East that's going to be fixed. Natural gas, cryptos, major oversupply, and they don't have income" "The biggest game in town now is this massive pump in earnings and in the stock market. There is no hope for cryptos in this environment. At some point, they need to find their low price cure"”
“$BTC WEEKLY I have been consistently making the argument that Bitcoin is likely “bottoming.” This is based on multiple ideas, notably that price was visiting the 200 weekly MA for the 4th time in history. It has only traded below it for more than a week in 2022, after FTX (9 months). We also had oversold conditions here for the 4th time ever, all bottoms. For the second time ever, we now have bullish divergence coming out of oversold RSI on the weekly chart. We now have 2 candles wicking below the 200 MA and closing above, all while sentiment is in the dumps and narrative about complete collapse are rampant. I remain cautiously optimistic that the the path is up.”
“@CapQka @CryptoKaleo The capital structure. On a bet that bitcoin appreciates slowly over time, enough for the asset base to outgrow the obligations.”
“@austincampbell That's a separate and valid question. But it does not mean that MSTR, BTC or STRC have to die. I'm simply addressing the idea that the only outcome is bad, when Bitcoin simply rising may be the easy solution.”
“@GaryCardone @JamesWynnReal I will escrow that for you G, you know where I live.”
“@ZeroHedge_ Of course. Just saying the easy solution for him is to survive until bitcoin price rises. Then all of it is a non issue. If it happens to go up from this area, the narrative will Change.”
“@ZeroHedge_ Of course there are ways. One is for Bitcoin to simply… go up.”
“"Peter Schiff told me this weekend will be the bloodiest weekend in Bitcoin history" "People declare there will be a Black Monday all the time. Their success rate is as good as Elizabeth Warren's success rate of passing bills. Zero" "Peak fear and insanity in the market is probably the best buy signal, at least temporarily, that you have"”
“Buying $STRC below par seems like a relatively solid idea. I did it. If you think it is all over, then don't do it. But if you think Strategy will continue to exist, it will go back to par. Buying at $93 when you know they will send it to $100... and you get the yield.”
“Oh… and Bitcoin could just… go up. https://t.co/kTyTvqwG9s”
“$BTC has now added potential bullish divergence with oversold RSI on the 6 and 12 hour charts. So… 4 hour. Potentially 6 hour. Potentially 12 hour. Potentially weekly. https://t.co/CLHjaiEjBk”
“$BTC 4-HOUR Bitcoin is building bullish divergence with oversold RSI on the 4-hour chart. Often a signal of the bottoming process beginning (can still go lower). Have a great day. https://t.co/lz9Sxqg72s”
